Fragrance of Al-Awaal Wal-Aakhir

“KITAB al-MAUT”: Chronicle of Dying & Hereafter

A piercing and penetrating insight into conceptions of the boundary crossing from this world to the otherworld and the varying degrees of narratives from intra and inter-faith. An overview of comparative theological perspectives on “End of World” (Eschatology) with particular regard to the Abrahamic scriptures (the Torah, Bible, Psalms and the Quran) expounding the historicity of the Dead Sea Scrolls and the Nag Hammadi finds.

Exploring deep theological, philosophical and anthropological issues focusing on Sufi allusions and the metaphysical phenomena on Paradise and Hell, permeating irresistible fragrance of Paradise. Judiciously inter-lacing and inter-weaving profound exoteric and esoteric thoughts on this invigorating and alarming subject, yet most grippingly fascinating inevitable journey that underscores God’s Mercy (Rahma).

What Our Reader's Said:

Congratulations Salim, for a very beautiful publication of your book “Fragrance of Dhikr’ul Allah”.
Beautifully written and very well researched work invoking the spirit of Dhikr as one reads on.Sentences like, amongst many others,  “At every breadth, the previous breath dies”. How many of us, I wonder relate that to Allah’s creation, in every moment as we take each breath.  Beautifully put, “Without the soul, the body is like a light without electricity, a computer without the software, a spacesuit without a body”. So synonymous to a flat line!
I could go on and on, but one last observation about the magical number 19 in numerology-- each letter broken down to make the total sum of 19. Amazing! Thanks Salim, for the awareness invoked to ignite the little flicker inside the reader’s soul.
May you always remain blessed in Allah’s Blessings and His Rahma. Ameen. Shukhr!
Allahu Akbar, SubhanAllah. Alhamdullilah
